Hell Week, Hot Shoes and RETAIL THERAPY!

My entire life has been a whirlwind this past week. In other words, school has been kicking my ass. Presentations, group projects, exams, blah blah blah. Being a college senior is NO JOKE, but it’s almost over.

Moving on! So, I have had my eye on quite a few lovely pairs of shoes lately that are sure to soothe the wounds that my education has so GRACIOUSLY given me!

First, we have the Brit website BooHoo.Com. I just discovered them recently and they are AH-MAY-ZING!

I would get chastised if I purchased these Daffodil inspired babies, but for those of you who don’t have friends like mine, these $70 babies sure beat the $1,075 Louboutins

Next, we have this epically monstrous wedge! I am dying over the steel detailing and they are only $80:

This Spiked shoe with the floating heel is one of my faves! These loveys are going for $100:

Now on to Bakers!

First up are these Wild Pair booties. I’m obsessing over the strap detailing and the sky high platform. Just reduced to $99.99

Now for my all time favorite site! LolaShoetique! I’ve shopped with this company for a while now and I absolutely adore them! Everything from the stock options, to the affordable prices to the outrageously courteous customer service reps, they are awesome! Here are a few finds from them that I love:

That’s all for now lovies! I hope that all of you who are going through insane times can find a little solace in retail therapy like I did.

Tootles until next time!

Shame[less] on Me!: Live for Louboutin

Just like most of my readers, I am a college student and I since I don’t come from an ostentatiously wealthy family, i’m deduced to buying what I want the old fashion way: Hard work and saving.

I have had my eye on quite a few pair of Christian Louboutin shoes for a while now: Daffodile, Lady Daf, Highness and Shameless. After much deliberation, I have finally decided to save up for a pair, more specifically: SHAMELESS $1,075

So, exactly how does a college student save up for a pair of $1,000 shoes? Well…

  • I have decided to put aside $200 for the next 5 months so that, by the time I graduate, I can treat myself to something that I worked hard for.
  • I have decided not to splurge on ANYTHING in the meantime.
  • I will give the money to my mother every month so that I won’t be tempted to spend it.

Viola! I should have my babies in NO time. I’m never really good with things like this, but I think that if I stay determined, that I can make it happen.

Wish me luck!
